Is there a staute of limitation after I plead guilty to 2nd DUI?

As to statutes, you'll have to ask a Nebraska attorney what if any Nebraska rules apply to your case. You have no legal basis to think another state will allow you to have their jail/prison time run ?concurrent? with any other state?s already ordered time. Each case is going to get its own time, even for cases in the same state. When you finish your time in CA, you'll do whatever Nebraska time you are sentenced to, if they are willing to extradite you then to do so.

Why haven't received my court date yet if its been a few days since I was pulled over and charged with a DUI?

Your paperwork should contain information regarding your arraignment date. If not, you need to contact the agency that arrested you to determine how the jurisdiction in which you were arrested notifies people of their court dates. If they do not notify you when you are released, you need to verify that they have a mailing address that works. This is not an "infraction" this is a misdemeanor charge which carries up to 6 months in jail, substantial fines and fees, probation, school, lose of license and other consequences, this is a very serious charge. A DUI attorney can help you through this situation, its what we do.

How can I go to court for a false DUI charge if I don’t have an attorney and no money to pay for the fees?

DUI/DWI lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
If you do not show up in court, you face a bench warrant. When you get to court request a court appointed attorney, and do what they tell you to do, since doing it your way is not working (i.e. DUI, domestic violence, no money, divorce).
