The decision is up to the individual service, not the recruiter. Usually one incident is not a disqualification but if he gets a long period of probation, it may be.

How much jail time would I have to serve in exchange for my $2200 DUI plea agreement?

Answered by attorney Philip Daniel Hache
DUI/DWI lawyer at Law Offices of Phil Hache
Were you already convicted and looking to convert the fine amount owed to jail time? The answer may depend on the county that your conviction is in. In Los Angeles County, generally you can convert an $1,800 (fine plus penalty assessment) for 13 days of county jail minus time already served.

If you can conclusively show the hearing officer made a substantial mistake about the facts or the law on which he based his ruling, then you have a chance. The fact that the criminal case was dropped or not pursued has essentially nothing to do with that.
