I have bladder problem, only able to give one sample bac .21 will I get suspended license from DMV?

Your bladder problem may not influence the authorities. With even a single sample showing such a high BAC, there's a good chance the prosecutor will want to proceed to charge you and get you convicted. As to DMV, they are entitled to suspend your driving privilege if any test shows a higher BAC than is permitted. Regardless of the legal outcome, there are other ways to enjoy life than drinking and then driving.

Many police departments do have dash cams in their patrol cars that record stops and arrests on video. A microphone is worn by the police office to pick up the audio portion of the arrest. There are two components to a DWI arrest, one criminal and one administrative. The administrative portion deals directly with your driving privileges.

Tough case. Some counties have a no plea policy on DUI cases to begin with. I suggest you hire a really good criminal defense lawyer who knows how to defend a DUI.
