Can I show up to court and clear my name?

How are you going to explain that she had your ID? Maybe you gave it to her to use as a fake ID? You could both be in trouble. And both of you absolutely need to contact an attorney right away. If you go to court alone, the judge will need to verify who is who. You could be detained until after fingerprints are taken and compared to the records and they may even take a look at the booking photo from the night of the arrest. And later you'll will need to get paperwork from the court that she is not you (just in case there is ever another case or another warrant for her arrest).

Can this DUI which happened in California, be possibly beat due to the reason he used to pull me over?

It is a bit of gray area, but if you tint the windows to any degree beyond the factory tint, you can be pulled over. If the officer determines that the tint is dark enough that he or she cannot clearly see inside the car, it is an officer safety issue and they can pull you over and cite you. It might be worth trying to challenge the stop, but you should contact an attorney as soon as possible to analyze tour chances of success.

Will I get a probation violation for driving without a license?

J Matthew Catchick
Answered by attorney J Matthew Catchick (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Catchick Law, P.C.
A VERY standard condition of probation is to not violate any laws while on probation. So, if you were arrested for driving on a suspended license or for driving without a license, which are both Misdemeanors, it almost certainly WOULD qualify as a probation violation if you were on probation for an unrelated charge when you got the "driving without a license" offense.
