I was arrested for dui, when they searched me i had 5zanex's in my pocket.

It is difficult to answer a question like that without knowing more information. A lawyer would need more information like why you were stopped in the first place and what evidence there is of dui. A lawyer would be able to evaluate the state's evidence and possibly discuss a plea deal with the DA if that is what you want. It is very risky to try to handle a case like this yourself in court.

What do prosecutors offer for a felony DUI with 2 prior DUI convictions?

Nothing!! Rather, they are going to be looking to have this person convicted and put in jail for as long as possible. Even, with the remote possibility that the prosecutor might offer some "deal", the judge does not have to accept it. and is free to impose any sentence he/she deems appropriate within the bounds of the law. Three DUI cases: this person poses a serious risk to any person who happens to be driving at the same time this person is on the road. If I were the judge (I am a judge), I would not accept any kind of "deal" that might create any kind of risk and potentially allow this individual to drive. No way. I would be ordering substantial jail/prison time.

How do I fight the ticket I got for minor possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana?

Hudson Thomas Bair
Answered by attorney Hudson Thomas Bair (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Kapsack & Bair, LLP
You need to discuss this matter with your parents and get a lawyer, unfortunately as a minor you are subject to the juvenile system which is a lot more invasive. Also, as a minor your license is at risk, if I were you I would wait for this to be settled before buying a car since it is quite likely that you will be without a license.
