The results of the portable breath test are not admissible in court so they have no evidence with that. I'm really surprised that you were not arrested, but it is unlikely you will be arrested now since they let you go.

How can I have my DUI drop to a reckless opp.?

Depends on the county on whether this is an option. However, this is also a possibility of a type of settlement which would result in a dismissal. You need to hire a good lawyer.

If the judger does not find probable cause, then the case won't be filed until such time as the prosecutor can produce sufficient evidence to support such a finding and allow the case to go forward.
