How much time could you spend in jail for 3 DUIs?

Answered by attorney Christopher John McCann
DUI/DWI lawyer at The Law Offices of Christopher J. McCann
That depends on the facts and severity of the cases, blood alcohol level, the recentness of the prior convictions, any probation violations, other criminal history, etc., etc. By law, you must do a minimum of 120 days jail though.

What is the probability that he will serve jail time and typical sentence for an under 21 DUI?

Michael Rutledge Norton

Highly unlikely he would serve any jail time based on those facts. If he got any custody days it would probably converted to public works. A local attorney would give you the best idea of what the typical sentence is in that court.

What is the sentence for a felony DUI with serious bodily injury (3 counts), four prior felonies DUI in 10 years and driving with suspended license?

DUI/DWI lawyer at Austin Legal Services, PLC
You would have to run your sentencing guidelines on that to know for sure. From what you stated, I'm guessing that you would be in a prison cell which means that prison time is a possibility if not a probable likelihood.
