It appears that you need to press for a dismissal or try your case. In either event you need to retain an attorney.

Your ten panel drug test with integrity variables will pick up drugs unless you quit taking them for whatever amount of time they stay in your system. The DAAD hates to give someone a restricted license when they take pain pills. In addition to a alcohol/drug evaluation, you have to get your doctor to also fill out a DAAD form and they have to say what you are on, whether they think you should drive or be restricted, that your drug usage will not cause a potential for addiction, that you take them as prescribed, etc. I've also only won, when my clients take them as needed and pass the drug test. Then it appears that although they take them, they don't take them everyday. No DAAD hearing officer is going to allow you to drive taking narcotics in the morning, and then drive. The usual scenario is that you take them as needed, or only at night when you know you won't be driving after you've taken your meds. I also have the substance evaluator's assessment attached to the doctor's form and have the doctor write out a short statement that he has read the assessment. Sometimes I even have the assessor state that they have read the doctor's form.
