What are the first steps on how I should fight a DUI?

Richard B. Jacobson
Answered by attorney Richard B. Jacobson (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Richard B. Jacobson Associates, LLC
The first step is to find an experienced lawyer, and to tell him or her all the facts. Since DUI is a crime in most states, you would be foolish to try to represent your self.

Is it possible to get a Texas DL if suspended in Pennsylvania, Do they use NMR database?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
DUI/DWI lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm

Is it possible for a first offense under 21 DUI to be allowed to walk away and keep the license?

Cynthia Russell Henley

Not likely. Texas is a zero tolerance state. You may have been charged with DWI or DUI (any amount of alcohol.). You need a lawyer regardless.
