They do not have to have blood or breath to convict of DWI. They can use testimony regarding the way you walked and talked.

Get it in KS. California will probably follow KS's DMV in deciding what action if any should be taken against your license.

Is it possible to get one or both of my DUIs expunged?

Michael Stephen Berg
Answered by attorney Michael Stephen Berg (Unclaimed Profile)

Yes, it is possible to have your DUI convictions expunged. It is a very simple process. Basically just filling out paperwork. However, if you are currently on probation for either of those cases or a different case, that can delay or stop the expungement proceedings.
