In Michigan, driving with a license suspended (DWLS) is the listed charge for those without a driver's license. You may be able to negotiate with the prosecutor to reduce the charge or adjourn to secure a proper driver's license. Hire an attorney to assist you.

Whether you can move depends upon the Court and Probation Officer and the comfort they have you will complete your obligation. Contact your office and explain what you would like to do and why.
