All of those charges are misdemeanors and must be commenced within one year. However, the officer must actually observe a traffic violation so if charges are brought, you have good defense.

If I showed evidence that drinking a bottle of beer is prescribed to me by my doctor, will the police drop my DUI?

No. You can be charged with the crime of DUI even if taking prescribed medication. The issue is whether or not you were operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Whether it is a prescription or not is immaterial. The fact that you have been charged 8 times already, indicates to me that you have a substantial problem and should never be driving. With that kind of DUI history, I am surprised that you have npot been charged with a felony DUI.

How do you know which field evaluations were passed? Did your son tell you? Get real. Your son who has a driver's license was driving at 1:20 a.m. in the morning and you think the police need to contact you? Are you for real? IF he given a vehicle and is old enough not to break curfew at 1:20 a.m., then the officer can treat him as grown. He can be arrested as an adult at 17 in GA. He can vote at 18. So, please do not keep us all in suspense....How old is your little boy?
