Impossible to speculate as to what another State/ Prosecutor will do. There is a maximum statutory hold in Florida, if state #2 does not come for him within that time Florida will release him.

You should expect the balance of your probation (9 months), because you are playing games with the judge. You knew what the terms were before you agreed to them. Now, you are singing I cannot do it song.

Not sure I understand your question. If you are asking if you have to resign from the Trust, my understanding is you are not disqualified from serving for a first DUI.
