Can a female officer grab minor females breasts while doing pat down?

Thomas C. Bulman
Answered by attorney Thomas C. Bulman (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Bulman Law Associates PLLC
Many things can be hidden in a bra so proving that the touching was inappropriate would be difficult. Make a written complaint to the police department. If the cop is a perv, eventually the number of reports will bring her down.

How do I get a public defender in New York with a dwi charge

Richard Francis Sweeney

On the return date of the ticket, ask for a lawyer to be assigned to represent you. You will have to fill out a financial aid form. I know in the Yonkers City court, the criteria for getting an assigned attorney is that you make less than $400 per week, and don't own a car or home. Mention that you are supporting your child (if you are) and that should help. If you need a hardship hearing, that is, you need a car to drive, you must ask for the hearing before entering a plea of not guilty.

Can I reduce my liability for DUI if my name is also on the car title?

Answered by attorney Patrick Owen Earl
DUI/DWI lawyer at Patrick O. Earl
Get him help. Have an intervention. Have him talk with a defense attorney like me that deals with court all the time and sees 85% or higher cases in district court involving alcohol. It is financially a burden and the liability is HUGE. You are married so you basically own 1/2 of everything in the marriage so his name or your name on the car means nothing. Get him to stop. This is what you need to do.
