There is no real expungement for a DUI. It is a prior for 10 years and can be used to increase the punishment for other DUIs. The only expungement is if you were factually innocent.

If the victim of the accident can establish that you allowed him to drive the vehicle knowing that he is an alcoholic, that victim can take your house as part of the judgment.
