Police report

There is usually an arrest affidavit and a DUI citation issued immediately at the time of arrest and these documents are what you most likely obtained from the clerks office. The actual police report is a typed narrative that is prepared subsequent to the initial arrest  and may be several typed pages long. the police report should not contain significantly different information than the arrest affidavit and citation, just more detail. If three are significant differences it could be in your favor at trial as there may be inconsistencies that raise reasonable doubt.

I would suggest you explain to your probation officer, and realize you will have to pay in total before you will be released from probation.

What is my next step besides turning myself in to jail without legal counsel?

It sounds like this matter is in Eaton County since they are known for their Fast Track Programs for DUIs . I would strongly suggest retaining counsel and then taking steps as soon as possible to get this matter taken care of which will include turning yourself in. It only gets worse the longer you wait. Be prepared for some jail time as that is probably a likelihood at this point, but at least you will have the relief of knowing the matter is resolved and you can move on with your life without constant fear of running into the police. Good luck.
