How long can a DUI case last?

Answered by attorney John F Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
I would like to see the details, it is extremely uncommon for a DUI execution to take that long and therefore they should be looked into by your attorney, and with the utmost discretion as you would prefer to let sleeping dogs lie.

Can I get my DWI reduced to reckless?

Answered by attorney Lori A. Beck
DUI/DWI lawyer at Beck Law Office, LLC
I doubt you would be given a non-alcohol offer, especially since there was an accident with injuries. If your first offense was reduced to a reckless, this is technically your first offense.

You are asking about a 4 year old closed DUI, is that correct? Do you plan on retaking your 4th grade spelling quiz? No. Why? Because it is over.
