Hired Law Firm

I decided it was in my best interest to move in another direction due to a lack of results. In summary, I no longer had confidence that this firm could effectively resolve my legal issues and produce meaningful and measurable results, meet expectations or provide a favorable outcome regarding my legal problems. I had high expectations, but none were ever met satisfactorily after 8 months and thousands of dollars spent without a single issue resolved successfully; thus, thoroughly dissatisfied.

Hired Attorney James S. Mowery Jr.

Rarely called me back or emailed me. Had a young associate handle case which was too complicated for young associate, and he often showed up to court unprepared.

Hired Law Firm

Legal correspondence filled with typos, incorrect dates, wrong spelling of names. Had to resend information to their office several times. Overall very sloppy work!
