We would like to sincerely thank Christopher Carr for a superior job he did for us in making our long sought after MORTGAGE MODIFICATION become a reality. We had been trying for over 8 years to get the mortgage companies to grant us a workable, affordable modification on our mortgage so that we could stay in our house of 38 years. Chris's patience, sheer persistence, legal knowledge and communicative skills accomplished this in less than the 2 years that we have worked with Chris - an accomplishment that other lawyers told us was a lost cause and would be a costly endeavor, with a very small chance of any success.
