Hired Attorney

We would like to sincerely thank Christopher Carr for a superior job he did for us in making our long sought after MORTGAGE MODIFICATION become a reality. We had been trying for over 8 years to get the mortgage companies to grant us a workable, affordable modification on our mortgage so that we could stay in our house of 38 years. Chris's patience, sheer persistence, legal knowledge and communicative skills accomplished this in less than the 2 years that we have worked with Chris - an accomplishment that other lawyers told us was a lost cause and would be a costly endeavor, with a very small chance of any success. We can't say enough good things about his professionalism and his caring for our dilemma that was placed on us by unscrupulous banks and their sneaky methods that put us into our dire situation. He just did not give up on our case until we received a favorable result. We highly recommend Christopher C. Carr, Esq.. He gave our life back to us and our self-respect.

Hired Attorney

Chris has worked with me in so many areas, through years of battling property problem during divorce, to dealing with banks, lawyers of banks, mortgage companies etc. He has fought hard on mine and my children's behalf to do everything possible and sometimes impossible avenues within the laws to help me obtain my property! We have been through bankruptcy, my divorce, defending 2 foreclosure actions, and then loan modification. It was the loan modification we have fought so hard! This was when so many thought it would be impossible, including myself, but Chris did not give up! My business which I run from my house along with the fact that my children have never known any other home, with Chris's help we have been able to move to the assumption of the mortgage which will be in my name alone and I will be the sole owner of my property. I don't think any other attorney would have fought this hard for my family! I recommend him to the ultimate degree an attorney can be recommended!
