Called this law firm for a consultation of a real estate matter. I was given an appointment with the only attorney in the office that handles these matters. While making the appointment was easy, dealing with the attorney at the consultation was the worst. He spoke down to me, damn near screamed at me in a calm voice telling me “I'm tired of saying the same thing over and over.” I had to explain to him that I am paying 200 for a consult as you are the subject matter expert, I expect to have clarity, eapecially when we are only 10 minutes into the conversation. This guy wasn't prepared, he hadn’t even looked at the documents I sent to him prior to the consult. Glad my issue was resolved, but if not, there is no way I would give them another dime. He gave me absolutely no value for my money! My advice find someone kinder to deal with for $200 bucks. He could have at least been patient enough to answer up to 1/2 hour!

I called them and actually talked to a lady , and she transferred me to a voicemail of someone after putting me on hold. The person I spoke to did not listen to what I originally told her I needed an attorney for so if I did not repeat my reason for calling, she would have gave me to the wrong attorney or paralegal. I received no phone call or email back about my voicemail. Very disappointing. I found someone else to help me with my issue.

My experience with Brian Brittingham was not good. The initial consultation was professional and promising. However, he proved to be completely unresponsive and lacked follow-through on the work that was discussed. Repeated calls and emails were not returned so after 2 months, we decided to use another attorney to finalize the trust and will for my mother. I regret that I did not check reviews prior to meeting with Brian, since others have had similar experiences and I could have saved 2 months of time.

Definitely look for other options. He processed my mother's Will, and later compromised her wishes by advising a beneficiary to usurp her appointed Executor, clearly violating his profession's ethical responsibilities. He has zero integrity!

They NEVER CALLED MY MOM BACK, THEY. STOLE HER MONEY FROM THE Beginning And HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THEY NEVER CALLED ME OR RESPONDED TO MY MOM... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS ASAP IF IT WAS UP TO ME. THEY NEED TO BE DISBARRED They don't take our cases

he requested to be able to withdraw from my case least then 48 hours before he was to represent me in court. He never notified me that there was a problem and if I didn't fix it he would ask to withdraw from my case as required and many times he talked to a mutual friend about my case without my knowledge or permission. This was a custody case where parental rights were being terminated and my granddaughter was going to be adopted if I didn't win the case. He called the friend n told her he was dropping me but DIDN'T TELL me. He also told info of the father . His reason for asking to withdraw was breakdown in communication but we emailed on 3 separate days the week before. He also charged me for at least some of the times he was breaking attorney client confidentiality with the friend. I'm filing a lawsuit against him for what he's done. This man should not be.allowed to practice law.

Did not respond to emails and will not call. Asked for additional details and promptly responded. It seems that it was all a waste of time as I never received an acknowledgement or reply. I requested a second time and still no reply. I don't know, but if he doesn't want a case, he should just say so instead of giving you the run around. Judging from other reviews, he seems to not impress
