Law Office of Jody P. Mitchell, P.A. is a law firm established in 1980 with an office in Dobson, NC. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing civil law, criminal law, family law and 40 other areas of law.
It was a great pleasure working with Jody. He was extremely professional and yet very personable and very compassionate to my particular situation. There were several additional issues that arose suddenly during the course of our time together and he handled them incredibly quickly and efficiently resulting in a minimal impact of my involvement with the legal system. He ran interference throughout our entire time together which was approximately eight months and prevailed in every instance. His office and staff were wonderful to work with and very kind and compassionate also. It was not a particularly fun process to go through but I will admit he made it as easy as humanly possible. I certainly would highly recommend him to anyone for great legal counsel.

We had never needed an attorney before and the idea of hiring one was daunting. The first consultation we scheduled was with Jody. He was very professional and upon hearing our case immediately gave us the sense that he believed in us, which was very important. He encouraged us to go out and meet with a couple other lawyers before deciding whether we wanted to retain him for our case. We found that in itself to be very impressive. We did go meet with other attorneys, but none of them displayed the faith in us that he did.
