Is my wife still entitles to my stuff after cheating on our marriage?

Answered by attorney John Paul Jordan (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at The Jordan Law Firm
Yes. Oklahoma is a no-fault state. Your wife would be entitled to half of what is considered Joint Industry Property. This is what you two have received during the marriage. The things you had before the marriage are yours and the things she had before the marriage are hers.

Is the land considered marital property?

Answered by attorney Barbara Peyton (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Peyton & Associates
Title is not conclusive. The land is still separate property but you are entitled to reimbursement for payments and improvements made to the property during your marriage. You will absolutely need a family law attorney for this.
