I would contact the Plan Administrator for your prior Husband's Pension. Every Pension has their own set of rules. As a general rule, however, if your Husband did not elect to create a 'separate estate' for you under his Pension (there would have been a cost for this), then his Pension would have died with him. Pensions do not operate like 401k's.

If he was legally married to someone else at the time he married you, you can seek to void the marriage through a Nullity action. Since you are the innocent party here (assuming you we're unaware of his marriage status), you are considered a "Putative" spouse and can seek support and a property division from him.

With matters this important, I think you urgently need to hire a skilled family lawyer to represent you. To be enforced by a divorce court, a prenup must have been fair when it was first made, and fair when it is sought to be enforced. There is a lot of room for a lawyer to work with based on these issues. If the prenup were denied enforcement, then everything is up for grabs, and you would be presumptively entitled to half the total property. Of course, the estranged husband may have played games with transferring title and other things, so quite thorough investigation is needed.
