I don't have enough information regarding what you have previously done to understand why you are experiencing such difficulties. I suggest you go to the court facilitator's office located at the courthouse. They will give you all the forms necessary to complete. They will also help you complete them. You then file the papers and serve then on your spouse. Once he is served he has 30 days to file a response. If he fails to respond you then you proceed by default. Your spouse cannot prevent the divorce. You need to be sure you prepare all the forms and file the proof of service. You must have someone personally give the papers to your spouse. That person fills out and signs the proof of service. You must file that completed document with the court clerk.
