Is it legal to deny a pro se who is pro se with social anxiety disorder and ADHD personal assistance during a motion?

Sorry, but the court has no obligation to provide you assistance. However, if there is no basis for you being pulled into court, it would seem that an attorney could get the ex-wife to stop based on harassment. On the other hand, if she has a good reason to bring you in each time, then you should change your behavior.

What are the rights of a wife on a house owned by the husband prior to marriage?

In the absence of a pre-nuptial or separate property agreement, all income is community property regardless of whose name is on the account. So it makes no difference which account the bills came from. That portion of the equity of the house that the husband owned prior to the marriage, is separate property. The rest is community property. So the wife has some interest in the house.

How long will it take for both side to get the divorce since we were separated for over a year and how much would it be?

Answered by attorney Vanessa J. Gorden
Divorce lawyer at GordenLaw, LLC
Nebraska has a mandatory waiting period of 60 days from the date of filing showing the other party was given notice of the Complaint. The soonest you can be divorced, even if you agree on everything, is the 61st day from the date the voluntary appearance (or service return by Sheriff) is filed with the Court! As to the cost of divorce, the minimum, if you do everything pro se (without a lawyer) is the filing fee - which is in the neighborhood of $150.00. If you hire an attorney, the cost depends on how complicated your issues are: do you have a long term marriage? Do you own real property? Do you have retirement accounts? Do you have children whose custody/parenting time/support may be contested? If the answer to any of those questions is yes, it is very dangerous to do a pro se divorce. Remember that you will have to live with the outcome for the rest of your life.
