Can I ask the courts to stop spousal support if my ex moves back in with her parents?

It is possible. Some depends on the length of support versus the length of support. Other factors your income versus her income, her physical ability to work or not work, whether she is voluntarily working only 4 days a week when she could increase her hours, change in her income since dissolution, some depends on whether you were married over 10 years there are other factors,. I can't say either way.

If my vehicle is in my father's name, can the courts force me to sell it during a divorce?

The court, regardless of the title, will determine the fate of the car, or the allocation of its value between the parties, depending on the facts presented to it. I believe its value will be considered under the circumstances presented.

Will I be allowed to maintain my ex-spouse on my health insurance after a divorce?

Stephen Marc Drucker
Answered by attorney Stephen Marc Drucker (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Legal Action Workshop Professional Corporation
Your first step is to speak with the plan administrator to determine how the company handles ex-spouses and children.  In the vast majority of companies, they do not allow divorced spouses to stay on health plans. Most people opt for a legal separation because of this issue.  If this is something you wish to do, then all issues will be addressed as in a divorce once the legal separation is finalized.  However, you will not be divorced and hence cannot re-marry.  You will have to divorce at a later date if either party wishes to re-marry.
