Given that both of you have moved out of the county, you can move to "change venue" (move to another jurisdiction) to either county one of you resides in. although first to act is not conclusive as to where the case ends up, her county or yours, it can only help.

If I divorce my husband, what will happen to my green card while the CR clause is about to be removed?

You sound like you would be eligible to apply on your own to have the conditions removed, but this process is difficult and should not be attempted without a lawyer. Since you are a victim of abuse you may be able to find a pro bono lawyer through a clinic such as at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Good luck!

If you have received a Judgment and a Notice of Entry of Judgment then you are divorced. If you have not received those documents, contact the mediator to find out the status of the paperwork.
