How do I appeal two separate court orders?

Answered by attorney Mark T. Peters (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Peters Law, PLLC
You appeal the district court order, but you will lose. It is not the court's fault that you did not know the law. You had the opportunity to present your case and you failed to do so. That is why it is almost always a good thing to hire a lawyer.

Can she legally enter the apartment after not living here for five months?

Answered by attorney John F Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
Yes legally, as she is on the lease. No equitably, as she has left and revolved here goods. I believe the court, on motion will grant your exclusive use.

Can I go through a divorce all by myself?

Not at all. It appears that you have a significant amount of community property, and handling that is complicated. You will certainly want to hire an attorney for this situation.
