what is considered malpractice

Answered by attorney Diana L. Anderson
Divorce lawyer at Diana L. Anderson
It may be that the lawyer is not giving you the paperwork because the lawyer has not received what is needed.  You may wind up back in court on a motion to enforce the judgment if you don't have what has been court ordered after this amount of time.

Can we get a divorce if we still live together?

Answered by attorney Sarina Gianna
Divorce lawyer at Law Office of Sarina Gianna, LLC
You can absolutely still file for divorce, even if you live together. Separation is only required if you are filing under the "separation" grounds. If instead, you file for divorce alleging "irreconcilable differences" grounds, then it doesn't matter if you live together or not. Hope that helps. Good luck.

Divorce lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
You need representation. You need to appear, and you need to have the agreements which were made reduced into judgment form and reviewed by an attorney representing you. If you do nothing you are at risk. Its only the rest of your life and your relationship and rights regarding your children which is at risk. It is impossible to answer your questions more definitively on the facts presented, please call my office with additional details and for an appointment.
