If I separate from my husband, do I have to move out or does he since we live in his mom’s two family house?

It is up to his mother who gets to stay in the house. She can throw you out if she wants to unless you have a lease giving you the right to be there.

How can I file for divorce if I got married in another country?

You can file for divorce in the state that you live assuming you have been there for 180 days. If not, wait for that time period and then file.

My wife and i ahve married in California 20 years ago but never resided in California. How do we dissolve the marriage?

When it comes to divorce in California, it doesn't matter that you were married here.  You file for divorce in the country & state etc. where you live.  Since you do not live in CA, you would not be able to file here.  In short, you would not need to file for divorce in CA and USA would recognize your divorce from Greece.
