Florida is a no-fault divorce state and as such marital misconduct is not relevant in almost every circumstance. If child custody is an issue and you are both fighting for the majority of time sharing, the court could consider adultery but does not have to.  In your case, since you are separated, she (and you) are free to date and it should not be held against either of you.

Usually a divorced spouse has no interest in SSD, child, if a minor has a interest. Childs SSD money may be used to reduce your child support.
