Do I have to file for divorce in the county where I reside?

If you are speaking of Wisconsin, you must file in the county where either of you have resided for at least the past 30 days. You could then move for a change of venue. I do not think being married to a deputy clerk will be found reason enough, but you can try. Good Luck.

How long do you have to be married before they are entitled to a portion of your pension?

That depends upon how much was put into the pension fund during the marriage. The spouse is entitled to one half of the amount contributed to it during the marriage.

If you have been seperated for over 10 yrs do you have to pay your spouse a certain amount and why?

The fact that you have already been separately that long is interesting. If your spouse has been self-supporting for that long she may not be able to get spousal support. However, there are many factors and the Court will look at her needs and your ability to pay. Depending on your earnings you may want to pay the $200 if the possible outcomes are worse. You should consult with a lawyer about your case before making a decision.
