If no none in your family can assist you with raising a modest retainer for an attorney to undertake representation of you, then you can check with the local Bar Association in your County for a list of the names of attorneys doing pro bono or sliding scale/ability to pay cases in your area, and if your local Bar Association does not maintain such a list or program, you can contact the Florida Bar for information on a referral to a pro bono or sliding scale/ability to pay attorney in your area.

The QDRO should have been incorporated in the Final Judgment and Marital Settlement Agreement. The QDRO would outline how and when it is issued. If there is a delay, then an enforcement can be filed by an experienced family lawyer.
