Can my wife sell a motorcycle that is titled in my name only?

Robert Joseph Merlin
Answered by attorney Robert Joseph Merlin (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Robert J. Merlin, P.A.
It sounds like the cycle is your non-marital asset. She should not be able to transfer title without your signature unless she forges your signature on the Certificate of Title, which would be a crime. You should make a claim for it in your divorce but you should come and get it if you can.
