I was served divorce papers, which states that I have 20 days to respond. Is it 20 calendar days or business days?

In Michigan you have 21 calendar days from service to file an answer. An attorney may be able to get additional time and will make sure your rights are protected and will discuss all issues with you.

Is there any way to annul a marriage after a divorce has been decreed in California?

Sometimes you can set aside a property division, normally you have to file a motion within 6 months of entry of judgment. If there was some way in which your divorce proceedings were hidden from you, not properly served you may have a longer time to set aside the judgment. You will still be divorced.

My attorney is not helping me and I want to change him how do I do it, is it bad to do it?

If you had a 4-way, sounds like you reached an agreement. If it's not drawn up as agreed, talk to your attorney. You may want to consult with another attorney to see whether the agreement is fair and reasonable. All you need to do to change attorneys, is sign a substitution of attorney and have it sent to your attorney to sign. HOWEVER, changing attorneys at this stage in the game could be very expensive as someone else has to get up to speed and if settlement didn't work, you'll be going to trial, so bear the additional cost in mind when you consider how fair the agreement was. However, paying a second attorney for a consultation would not hurt you. By CA law, once a child is age 18 and has graduated high school, or age 19 at latest child support ends. There is no CA law requiring anyone to support a child through college.
