Does the State Bar of Texas require law offices to have a paper calendar?

Robert Jensen 'Bob' Matlock
Answered by attorney Robert Jensen 'Bob' Matlock (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Mackoy, Hernandez, Jones and Woods LLP
There are no specific requirements for a calendar system. Lawyers differ in how they handle that responsibility but most lawyers probably have a computer system because it is available in many software programs.

What procedures do I need to take, if I got a marriage license with someone that was already married?

Answered by attorney Jacob Schwab Ginsberg (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Ginsberg & Associates
You need to file for annulment of the marriage. Annulments are different than a divorce because you have to prove fraud. That should not be difficult if he told you he was single when he married you.

Can DES do a DNA test without my knowledge or consent?

Robert Jensen 'Bob' Matlock

Divorce lawyer at Mackoy, Hernandez, Jones and Woods LLP
DNA testing requires both parents and the child to give samples. Without your participation, there cannot be a complete test. I suggest you hire a lawyer.
