What should I do if my husband kicks me out of the house?

You have as much right to remain in the home as he does regardless of who pays the mortgage and other bills. Obviously, if there is physical violence involved, you should seek a protection order from the court.

After you have lived in Georgia for six months, you can file for divorce here.  The only issue that would be addressed by the Court however would be the marriage itself.  Unless your husband were personally served here in Georgia, all other issues such as property or debt division, custody matters etc would not be adjudicated.

It depends on the terms of the Order. Most orders in California state that you are to pay until age 18, or until age 19 if the child is still a full time high school student.
