When does the temporary order expire if no end date was mentioned?

Generally speaking, whatever the Decree says is what controls. There is usually a paragraph in the Decree, however, which keeps in full force and effect the financial arrangements of the Temporary. That is not always the case and if there is no such paragraph, the obligation should be at an end.

Should jurisdiction in MN be an issue for me?

Sheri Smallwood
Answered by attorney Sheri Smallwood (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Sheri Smallwood Chartered
Under UIFSA (the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act), the only state which can modify spousal support is Florida. It can be enforced anywhere the Court can obtain personal jurisdiction over the former Husband. You will need to refer to the laws of MN to see if there is a way that the state can exert jurisdiction over him. If not, you would need to find a state which can.

Is there an easy, inexpensive way to get a divorce? How?

Answered by attorney Robert Andrew Michael Burns (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Law Office of Robert Burns
You haven't thought this through. If your Dad is intent on destroying your Mom there cannot possibly "an inexpensive, easy way for them to get a divorce" unless he somehow changes course or becomes incapacitated.
