I am a Native Floridian and grew up in the Panhandle of Florida in Marianna, Fl. Approximately 55 miles west of Tallahassee, Fl. I Currently Reside in Walton County Fl. with my husband and son. I am familiar with the culture and issues of the residents here in North Florida and am very Committed to servicing my clients in a manner that is convenient and flexible to their needs. Our firm aims to provide innovative representation to meet your ever changing legal needs.

Panhandle Attorney, Winter E. Spires, has been appointed to serve on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Florida Bar. As an appointed member of this Committee, Winter will also serve on the Voluntary Bar Leadership Grants Subcommittee.

Hired Attorney

I hired Winter Spires & Associates, P.A. after going through a custody battle. I selected Winter Spires & Associates, P.A. to represent me because I heard they were the best in town and I'm very satisfied with the results. What made me like working with Winter Spires & Associates, P.A. were they communicated with me and stayed positive through the process. The outcome of this case was that we split custody every other weekend. Thanks to this outcome, I no longer have to stress or debate on custody regarding my children.
