Parker is an excellent lawyer. I was impressed with his down to earth attitude and extensive knowledge of people as well as the law.
Extremely poor responsiveness. Mr. Smith has even admitted to paperwork sitting on his desk for over a week.
Up front Parker told me a certain percentage he was going to charge for my case and I would have no other fees. Once the case was settled all of a sudden the percentage jumped way up and all kinds of fees came outta no where. Things I was told several times would be free I ended up paying for. He also told me all my bills would be taken care of with the settlement but he left surgeries out of the settlement which I had to pay thousands for out of pocket. Says one thing then does another. FRAUD!!
DO NOT use this MR. SMITH. He failed to file appropriate documents on my case that has lost me over $50K in child support. He's given me multiple excuses and most recently memory loss. He's rude and very dismissive. Stay away unless you want to lose money. I have contacted the Florida State Bar and working with another attorney. Anyone else is better than Mr. Smith.
Don’t listen to his friends that have given him fake 5 stars, he will take your money and do absolutely nothing for you and tell you to “figure it out” he will especially be rude to you if your a woman. My husband retained Mr. Parker with the hopes and with the big talk he did, thinking that he would help us in every way he could. We went months without any communication, we put down a 5,000$ retainer that he has sat on and done absolutely nothing with. I called him today and he informed me after 3 months of no communication that the retainer was gone but we had not heard anything from him nor has he done anything legal wise. He is a scam artist. He went against the Florida bar when it comes down to informing a client that the retainer is about to be gone; no bill to show us where the money has gone every 30 days as it is required through the bar and our contract. We have a contract that requires we get the retainer back if we are not satisfied with his services.

Once Parker receiver my retainer every conversation was different. He said one thing one time and the next time it was something different. In 6 months I never get a bill, the defendant goes bankrupt and Parker doesn't do anything he says and I get discharged. Parker tells me one day that I will get a refund on the money he did not use and one week later denies it and says there was a billing error and it should be another $500. It is my belief; He either has a memory problem or he is a fraud.
