Thomas N. Scheffel & Associates, P.C. is a law firm with an office in Denver, CO. At this office location, there are 12 lawyers practicing estate planning, trusts and estates, estate administration and 23 other areas of law.
Peter Cassel completed my mother's estate planning and because he was so compassionate and knowledgeable, we also hired him for our estate planning and end of life issues. He's been amazing with the end of life medical issues as well.
We hired Scheffel & Associates to do our trust and wills. They were really great at explaining everything to me so I understood the terminology. We will certainly use them for any other legal needs.

Peter Cassel did an awesome job. He supported me in a collections and fraud/embezzlement issue with a business partner. He gave me sound advice again and again and avoided any trial or legal action. He successfully collected on the money owed. The most impressive part was he allowed me to do most the work (with his guidance) and only billed when he had to. This saved me a ton of costs and yet he was there to support. Was truly a partner and not out to maximize his billing hours.
Alex is a trustworthy, intelligent, and caring attorney. I highly recommend him and will be coming to him for all family law matters going forward. Having to seek legal help can be extremely intimidating and Alex really took the time to fully explain the law and how it applied to my situation.
