I had a relocation case. My son's mother wanted to move to GA. I told her what was going on. She came to conclusions that was all smoking mirrors. When we got to court, I was worried because I thought they were making good case, mind you they went first. But when went up to cross examine my son's mother, Mrs McGinn revealed all the lies to the judge, same with my baby Mama's witness. The truth was revealed thanks to Mrs McGinn. And her closing argument was so strong. I would recommend her!!!!!!
Black women beware! In my opinion you will experience misogynoir with Jennifer. If you get her as a cfi ask the court to change her. Nothing you do for you child will be acknowledged. My childs father dropped in and out of his life for yrs. While I was begged him to come pick our child up she lied and said Ill keep him from him. During my case I told hervthat my childs father has a history of not giving our son his inhalers ( he was diagnosedwith childhoodasthma). She gave a medical diagnosis saying my son won't get asthma. She is not a doctor. I had to go back to court a year later just so my son can get his inhalers. She ignored the financial verbal and mental abuse the both me and my son experience. I've been the only one working everything financially physically and medically for my son. During court she laughed when I described my child being called gay and soft by his other parent. She stated she thinks my son is sensitive because my son draws and uses his cognitive motor skil
This woman is bought. Point blank. If you read my case file and read her feedback she's not a professional and her written statements just piggy backed off of the original filing and her long term business relationship with Frank Vigil, is apparent. My final order that revealed her evaluation are out of sink of the reality of the situation. You can tell based on the read. No enforcement of family counceling. Father that was in rehab for 1 yr plus and destroyed many family lives was given my two childrenthat now have failed in life. The drama is still happening today and it's all because one woman was bought. This lawyer should be disbard.
