practice focuses exclusively on domestic relations issues with an emphasis on complex issues such as trusts, pre-marital agreements, closely held business interests, taxation, benefits and executive compensation. Kristi has written and lectured extensively on family law topics as well as having been a tax commentator for NPR’s Morning Edition. Most recently, Kristi published a two-part article for the Colorado Lawyer entitled A Primer on Executive Compensation in a Colorado Divorce – Parts 1 and 2, May and June 2022. She also co-authored The Executive Compensation Handbook: Stock Option Awards, Restricted Stock Grants, Cash Bonuses, Incentives and Other Non-qualified Deferred Compensation in Divorce, published by the American Bar Association. Kristi currently serves as Chair of the Family Law Section Executive Council.
