Mr Van Dyke work right from day 1 walking into 2 cases that had been going on for over 2 years and it was a mess. Hired Attorney Mr. Jason Van Dyke

I hired Mr. Van Dyke to represent me on a number of criminal charges where I had one felony conviction that I was on probation for and was also on deferred probation for some others. He was able to get me released early and even got the judge the reverse my felony conviction so that my gun rights would be restored. 10/10 would hire again.

Jason is extremely determined and no matter what, he gives everything in a case. He will explain if you ask him about the legal process. He knows the books inside and out. By far one of the best lawyers out there.

Do not under any circumstances believe some of the garbage that has been written online about this lawyer. I was cited for shoplifting from a Lowes after I accidentally left an item on the bottom rack of my cart and simply forgot to pay for it. Mr. VanDyke is a really nice to speak to on the phone, he got my case dismissed and he got my record expunged. I should also mention that his general retainer is was very reasonable; I could afford it on a college student's salary.
