Madonna Shaker Harmina

I did not choose MaDonna Harmina as my attorney; she was assigned to my case without warning after I hired the firm. From the start, my case went downhill. I was in a high-conflict divorce from an abusive ex-husband who is also an attorney, while raising six children alone, including one with special needs. My ex repeatedly violated court orders and withheld child support, and I begged MaDonna to file sanctions or enforce anything. She dismissed me, argued with me, or ignored my requests. I have emails and recordings documenting this. When my final decree arrived, major protections were missing, including support for my special-needs child and retirement protections I depended on. The most shocking moment was at my final hearing, when she ran up to the judge and immediately moved to withdraw at the exact moment I needed representation. Under pressure and shock, I agreed and was left alone. I am filing a State Bar complaint and have extensive documentation.
