I was very pleasantly surprised at the detail and scope of preparing my will, HIPPA and advance directive. It was all organized by subject matter in a very nice binder! I didn't realize how involved a good airtight will and advance directive was. She didn't miss a thing! I am very glad I went to her.
Gretchen did an amazing job. Her strategy for the probate of my residence was not the typical route as my spouse had a living trust. She was able to make this process seamless and painless. In addition, I was so happy that she was VERY reasonable in what she charged. I highly recommend her. Gretchen is a top notch professional attorney.

Gretchen was a huge help with our estate planning. First of all, she did a wonderful job of explaining all options. Then she "held our hand" all the way and later followed up to be sure we and our banks had done all that needed to be done. She made it so easy for us.

I walked in with what I thought was a simple case. Little did I realize that my situation was not simple at all and required much more that a "normal" legal case. From the first meeting, Gretchen was very polite and easy to talk with. She emails or calls with updates or answers to my questions. She was able to do what very few (if anyone else) could do for my situation. I am extremely fortunate to have Gretchen take care of my legal issues with Probate matters and creating my Trust. Gretchen was very easy to work with. We had a family member's estate that was needing to be handled and managed. She helped guide us on our best direction forward and we felt she was truly on our side. Huge mistake using Gretchen. Would not recommend or use again. Disappointing that she was not direct and honest with us about billing and fees, even though we asked her about it multiple times. We made it very clear that we did not want to be held liable for the fees and she assured us multiple times that it would be covered by the estate. Then when she couldn’t handle our case anymore (because it had to go to trial), she had her office call us and tell us we had to start immediately paying them. A She didn’t even have the guts to tell us herself. Almost 10 grand in fees, nothing at all done on our case. She may be ok for a straightforward will, but if there is any chance of it being contested, I would not recommend.
