We came to her office with very little experience in the fields of Probates and Estates. I was made to feel more in control because she understood our position, made every step logical and doable and didn't use any buzz words or shortcuts that we would not have been comfortable with. I ended up with the daunting task of probating both of my parents' wills at the same time. Gretchen presented the best option for my case and advocated the most efficient and cost effective way to handle it. She was far more patient with me than she could have been and worked diligently to make sure everything was in order as it should be.
