Their inability to fill out paperwork correctly was inexcusable, showcasing a lack of attention to detail. Communication was abysmal, with slow or no response to inquiries, leaving me frustrated and uncertain. Furthermore, their outdated technology skills resulted in frequent double-bookings and the need for unnecessary phone calls to clarify basic information. When confronted about their unprofessional behavior, they became defensive and attempted to shift blame. Overall, Doug Williams displayed a lack of professionalism, incompetence, and an unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes. I strongly advise against seeking their legal representation for immigration matters.
