Kirk T. Bauer began the practice of law in DeLand, Florida, in 1985. He established the law firm of Bauer and Associates in 1992, representing local individuals and businesses. His core beliefs have always been that each client deserves to have an attorney who will give personal attention to the client's cases and will be well prepared. Bauer and Associates is committed to such beliefs and further has a philosophy of providing high quality legal services to its clients on a timely basis and at a reasonable cost. We had the pleasure of working with Bauer & Associates, specifically Kirk Bauer, during the probate of land left to Osteen Memorial Gardens. From the very beginning, Kirk took into account that we are a small non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community, and he was extremely generous with both his time and his fees because of this. Not only was he professional and approachable, but his knowledge and expertise in real estate and probate matters were outstanding. He guided us through the process with clarity and patience, making what could have been a complicated situation much more manageable. I worked with Bauer and Associates to help with my brothers probate, he died unexpectedly and without a will. After speaking to five other law firms, who would not take me as a client, Bauer and associates did and I am so thankful! Most of my communication was with Jackie, Kirk’s Legal Assistant, she was very compassionate about my situation and knew exactly what to do. She answered all my questions, no matter how stupid, I’ve never dealt with anything like this before and hope I never do again. I need to mention that I live in Colorado, my brother lived in Florida, so all of this was done over the phone and email. I would recommend Bauer and Associates to anyone needing a law firm in Florida!! I cannot thank Jackie enough for all her hard work for my family!
